Detailed Eligibility for NAFED Careers:
Educational Qualification:
Young Professional (Marketing/HR):
- Post Graduate Degree in Agriculture/Agri-Business Management/Agriculture Marketing/Economics/Statistics/Commerce/Business Administration Econometrics/Engineering or MBA in Agri. Business/MBA in HR from reputed institutes.
- At least 1-year prior experience in retail business/agricultural commodity procurement or working as YP in related functions
Desirable:
- Ph.D/Research Scholar working in the field of Agriculture Economics/agriculture marketing/agriculture value chain will be given preference.
- Experience in Market Intelligence, Data Analysis and Agriculture.
Period of Engagement: Initially for a period of one year which is extendable by another one year depending on the performance (The engagement will be purely ona contractual basis)
Age Limit (As on 13 January 2025): Maximum 35 years
Salary Details: Rs. 60,000/- per month

Selection Process for NAFED Careers:
- The selection process will be based on interviews.
- Shortlisted candidates will be intimated through email to appear for the interview.
- They may also have to give a short written examination or a PowerPoint presentation on an assigned topic on the spot.
- Original documents confirming satisfaction of the required eligibility criteria will be verified at the time of the interview.
- Therefore shortlisted candidates will be required to carry their recent bio-data with original copies of the relevant documents.
