Wipro Walk-in Drive 2026: Wipro is hiring for the Associate roles. Candidates with Any UG or PG Degree qualifications are eligible for this walk-in. Detailed Eligibility:

Associates for Backoffice process: US HR Operation:

• Any graduate, Post-graduate ( except technical)
• Fresher or any Backoffice experience

Work Experience: 0-36 months Summary

• Fielding all incoming help requests from clients via emails or service tickets in a courteous manner.
• Document all pertinent end user identification information, including name, department, contact information and nature of problem or issue.
• Identify and learn appropriate product details to facilitate better client interaction and troubleshooting.
• Record, track, and document all queries received, problem-solving steps taken and total successful and unsuccessful resolutions.
• Follow standard processes and procedures to resolve all client queries.
• Resolve client queries as per the SLAs defined in the contract.
• Maintain logs and records of all customer queries as per the standard procedures and guidelines.

Note:

• Looking for immediate joiners or who can join within 10-15 days
• Fixed evening shift (5 days working from office).
• Saturdays and Sundays are fixed off.
• One year service agreement mandatory.
• Evening Shift only (Both Side Cab will be provided)
• Sat/Sun fixed off
• Age criteria: 20 years to 27 years are allowed

• 2025-2026 Passout required all sem marksheet.
