• Qualification: BCom, BBA, BPharma (Only these graduates are eligible for the Interview)/ No Btech / BE / any Postgraduate allowed for this current hiring.
• Experience: Freshers (0-6 months)
• Only for Graduation Passout – 2022 to 2025

Notes:

• Candidate should be flexible to work in 24*7 environments, comfortable to work in night shifts
• Candidate needs to have 15 years of full-time education completed
• This is for Non Technical role (Data Process)- Banking, Health Insurance, Mortgage
• Should be comfortable working from office ( 5 days in a week)

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Basic Computer Knowledge

• Effective probing & analyzing skills and capable of doing a multi-tasking of voice & data entry
• Knowledge on Mortgage process is plus.
• Supporting L1 Service Desk/Ticketing Applications / Working on US Healthcare domain Applications

• Round 1 – Aptitude Assessment (10:30 AM to 12:30 PM)
• Round 2 – HR & Ops Screening Face-to-Face interview (01:00 PM to 04:00 PM)

Service Desk – International Voice Process:

• Preferred Qualifications: Any Graduate
• Preferred: Basic understanding or any Service Desk certification
• Experience: 0 – 1 year experience
• Excellent in communication
• Need to work on US shift timings.
• Need to complete specific and dedicated training programs set by the client.

Service Desk

• Excellent communication skills to attend/resolve client issues on calls/chat/mail.
• Experience in using ticketing tools such as Service now, Remedy, control M will be added advantage
• Experience of resolving queries utilizing voice skill on any of VPN, Drivers, O365, driver installations, Active directory
• General support knowledge of Operating systems across various platforms and basic concepts of networking, cloud computing
• Productivity applications like Microsoft office tools.
• Analytical problem solvers who will understand issues and to resolve customer issues
• Problem solving skills and quick thinking to own & resolve customers issues independently, thoroughly & efficiently
• Being proactive and show the utmost respect for customers time
• Good time management, ensuring all contacts with customers add value
