Educational Qualification:
Senior Project Associate:
- Ph.D. in Chemistry/ Physics / Material Science with 2 years Experience (or) M.Sc. in Chemistry/ Physics/ Material Science with 3 years Experience.
- Project Title: Mapping and Tapping of Critical Metals & Minerals (MapTApCrM)
Project Associate – II:
- M.Sc. in Chemistry with 2 years of Research Experience
- Desirable: Experience in Polymer membranes Electrocatalysis / Water electrolysis / Material Synthesis and characterization
- Project Title: Green hydrogen generation via direct seawater electrolysis: A systematic bottomup approach using selective electrocatalysts and electrochemical cell designs
Project Associate – I:
- M.Sc. in Biotechnology/Genomic Science/Microbiology (or) B.Tech. in Metallurgical & Materials Engineering
- Desirable: Biomaterials, Microbiology and cell culture experience (or) Metal additive manufacturing/3D printing
- Project Title: Craniomaxillofacial devices decorated bioactive layer for enhanced osteointegration with antimicrobial properties
Project Associate – I:
- M.Sc. in Chemistry
- Project Title: Direct air capture of CO2 using phase change amines and adsorption
Project Associate – I:
- M.Sc. in Physics
- Project Title: Imaging of functional interfaces: A scanning tunnelling microscopic study
Project Assistant – II:
- Diploma in Mechanical Engineering

Age limit:
- Senior Project Associate: 40 Years
- Project Associate – II: 35 Years
- Project Associate – I: 35 Years
Age Relaxation: The relaxation in the age limit for the candidates belonging to the category of SC/ST/OBC/PwBD/ Women and category if OBC shall be 05 years and 03 years respectively or as per Govt. of India instructions issued in this regard from time to time.
Salary Details:
- Senior Project Associate: Rs. 42,000/- pm + HRA
- Project Associate – II: Rs. 28000/- pm + HRA
- Project Associate – I:
- Rs. 31,000/- p.m. + HRA for those candidates who have qualified CSIRUGC/ICAR/ICMR/N ET including lectureship/assistant professorship or GATE or those who have qualified National level examinations conducted by Central Government Departments like DBT/DST or equivalent and/or their Agencies/Institutions
- Rs. 25,000/- p.m. + HRA for others who do not fall under (i) above.
- Project Associate – I: Rs. 25000/-pm + HRA
- Project Associate – I: Rs. 25000/-pm + HRA
- Project Assistant – II: Rs. 20000/-pm + HRA

Selection Process of CSIR CECRI Recruitment:
