Essential Qualification:
Project Title: Strengthening the Monitoring of TB Elimination in India District Level Sentinel Survey (DLSS)
Project Driver Cum Mechanic:
- Essential:
- Matric/S.S.C or equivalent from a recognized board with a valid driving license issued by RTO of any State
- Authorized to drive a Light Motor Vehicle (Goods &Passenger) and Two-wheeler with/without gear
- Two years experience in a recognized organization/Institute.
- Duration: For Four Months or Completion of the project, whichever is earlier. If required, it will be extended as per the project’s needs.
Nature of Duties:
- Get oriented in managing the operation and maintenance of the Mobile X-Ray bus.
- Should have a license to drive Heavy Motor Vehicles (Goods & passengers) and Three-wheelers (Auto Rickshaw).
- Upkeep, regular maintenance & cleanliness of vehicles, including POL level.
- Maintenance of log book.
- Routine repairs, including change of wheels.
- Skilful parking of mobile X-ray buses in a strategic position to facilitate survey activities in the cluster.
- Monitoring and maintaining overall vehicle condition in running condition.
- Any other job assigned by Senior Investigator, Medical Officer, & PMU as per Survey needs.
- Candidate should be able to speak in Regional/local language.
Age Limit: Not exceeding 25 years.
