Quality Assurance Analyst, Associate:

Bachelor’s Degree in a technical discipline
Experience/knowledge in manual/automation/performance testing would be an added advantage.
Good Communication skills and ability to work across teams
Technical knowledge of – SQL, XML, Cloud and Web-based development technologies
Used any of the bug-tracking tools

Desirable: We are looking for a Quality Analyst Associate with 0-2 years of experience with the following core attributes.

Understand customer perspective and design the tests accordingly
Well-acquainted with Web-based testing for enterprise products
Self-disciplined, organized and detail-oriented – able to execute pre-defined tasks on a day-to-day basis and meet the release timelines
Based on understanding, ensures that the test coverage is there for the product feature
Demonstrates good technical knowledge and should show interest in understanding product architecture and design
Ability to find critical issues in the product development stage should be able to find the corner cases during the development time frame
Should be skilled enough to create different test scenarios with different product versions and be able to find the root cause of the issue
Excellent Communication Skills (Written, Verbal, teamwork and issue resolution)
Knowledge of Performance testing and automated test execution script development will be advantageous.
