Educational Qualification for BECIL Career:
Station Head cum Station Manager:
- Essential: Bachelor’s degree in any discipline from recognized university/institution.
- Desirable: PG Diploma in Journalism and Mass communication.
- Experience:
- 2-3 years of experience in Media (Print/Electronic).
- Preferably hands on experience in a radio station
Duration:
- The candidates will be hired purely on contract basis initially for a period of 6 months to begin with.
- This period could be extended further based on the requirement of the BECIL and satisfactory performance of the candidate.
Age Limit (As on January 2025): 45 years
Salary: Rs. 40,000/-

Selection Process of BECIL Careers:
- The applications received shall be shortlisted for interview based on the candidate’s suitability for the position, in accordance with criteria approved
- Based on the above, candidates will be called for an interview in physical mode
- Candidate shall be selected by the Screening-cum-Selection Committee constituted by BECIL.
- The final selection of a candidate solely depends on the candidate’s qualifications/experience, suitability for the post and his/her performance in the interview.
