Invoice Processing Associate/Order to Cash Associate/Record to Analyze Associate:
- Bachelor’s degree in commerce, Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related fields.
- 2025 pass outs only
- Good proficiency in English – both written and verbal.
- Basic understanding of accounting fundamentals.
- Good basic knowledge of MS Excel.
- Demonstrates a willingness to certify in relevant technologies
- Team player with a positive attitude.
- Effective time management and ability to work in a high-volume environment
- Candidate should not have any backlog at the time of appearing for the process
- Willing to work in a 24/7 environment
- Candidates must be open to work in night shifts based on project requirements.

Responsibilities/Accountabilities:
- Invoice Processing Associate:
- Ensure efficient and accurate processing of expense invoices/ claims in adherence with client policy and procedures.
- Receives, scans, save/post invoice in ERP, ensure basic compliance checks are met.
- Process the invoices (PO Process, Non-PO, credit note)
- Invoice processing will include checking for approvals, timely payments, capturing discounts, double checking GL codes, and entering invoices for payment.
- Review payment batches entered by other office staff for accuracy and compliance with policies
- Work on audit claims in accordance with client policies and procedures.
- Reconciling processed work by verifying entries and comparing system reports
- Follow company processes, controls and policies
- Create and take action on month-end accounts payable reports
- Order to Cash Associate:
- Handle standard cash application transactions and customer account clearing activities in accordance with cash application procedure
- Prepare payment batches and post payments to correct company codes
- Apply payments accurately and code correctly to ensure line item reconciliation.
- Copy and code large volumes of deductions in line with customer and account requirements
- Extract bank account statements on a daily basis for cash application purposes.
- Process remittance advices received from customers (email, portals, bank feeds) to support accurate cash allocation
- Maintain updated cash application trackers, unapplied cash lists, and daily reporting files.
- Assist with month end closing activities, including reconciliations and ensuring all payments are posted before deadlines
- Escalate exceptions or unresolved issues to senior team members as per SOPs
- Record to Analyze Associate:
- Processing of General Ledger Journals, Accruals, Provisions, allocations and other entries according to the schedule and agreed Client Desktop Procedures
- Processing of fixed asset related entries, based on the requests and according to schedule and agreed Client Desktop Procedures
- Perform daily bank statement processing and prepare basic bank reconciliations
- Reconciliation of simple intercompany transactions and agreement of Intercompany balances with counterparties
- Initiation and monitoring of automated transactions, i.e. FX valuation or depreciation
- Retrieving and formatting the accounting data from different data sources / systems that will be used as the inputs to other processes
- Preparation of simple operational reports, not requiring deep analysis and insights
- Escalate exceptions, discrepancies, or issues to senior team members as per SOPs.
