Educational Qualifications:
Project Title: Epidemic Preparedness through Rapid Vaccine Development: support of Indian Vaccine Development aligned with the global initiative of the Coalition for Epidemic Preparedness Innovations (CEPI)
Technical Officer-I:
- Essential: PG Professional degree in Life Sciences or equivalent from a recognized university with one year of post-qualification experience in the relevant field. [or]
- PG degree in Life Sciences or equivalent from a recognized university with two years of postqualification experience in the relevant field
- Desirable: Experience handling BSL-3 pathogens, cell culture, virus isolation, live virus neutralization assay and anti-viral testing.
- Experience in flow cytometry and molecular biological techniques.
- Duration: This short-term position and extension will be granted subject to satisfactory performance of the incumbents and tenure of the project for which they are selected.
Upper Age Limit of THSTI Jobs: 30 years

- MBBS / BDS / Allied Medical Degree OR Master’s Degree / PG Diploma in Life Sciences / Biomedical Sciences / Pharmacy / Public Health / Clinical Research.
- Essential work experience: 5 or more years of experience in clinical project management and/or clinical trial/ study monitoring.
- Experience in clinical trial or public health project management in a recognized organization/institute (academic clinical trials unit, CRO, pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or medical device company).
Desirable qualifications and work experience:
- Postgraduate degree in Public Health
- MD/DNB from a recognized Indian University/recognized by MCI
