Detailed Eligibility:
Oracle Fusion Functional – Trainee:
- MBA (HR / Finance / Supply Chain) | MCom | DHRM | PGDM | BMS (HR / Finance)
- Batch: 2024 / 2025
- Academic gap years are not permissible
Skills Required:
- Basic understanding of ERP concepts
- Strong analytical and communication skills
- Willingness to learn Oracle Fusion Cloud
Key Responsibilities:
- Support implementation and configuration of Oracle Fusion modules (HCM / Finance / SCM)
- Assist in requirement gathering and documentation
- Perform testing (SIT / UAT) and provide user support
- Coordinate with the technical team for issue resolution
- Prepare functional documents and reports
Note:
- Profiles with only BSc / BE / BTech / MTech / MCA / BCA qualifications are not eligible for this role
- Candidates holding a technical degree with a minimum of 2 years of Oracle Fusion end-user functional experience may be evaluated for the Trainee position
- Selected candidates will join as Trainees and undergo 1 year of hands-on
- Freshers joining Clover Academy will be salaried employees of Clover Infoservices and will start receiving salaries from the first month onwards
- Candidates will receive structured training from experienced trainers, along with on-the-job mentorship after the training period
- Minimum service commitment of 3.6 years with Clover Infoservices
- Candidates should be open to relocation (Domestic / International) based on business requirements
- Should be willing to work in rotational shifts
