Detailed Eligibility – IIT Hyderabad Jobs:
Educational Qualifications:
Junior Research Fellow (JRF):
- B.E/B.Tech in Electrical/Electronics Engineering or equivalent with more than 70% marks or equivalent CGPA.
- A valid GATE score is essential
Note: Initially the JRF will be appointed for a period of 11 months and subsequently extended till the end of the project based on the performance.
Age Limit (As on 16 February 2025): Candidate should not be more than 25 years
Salary Details: Rs. 37,000/- per month + HRA for the first two years, then Rs. 42,000/- per month + HRA after conversion to SRF based on evaluation
