Detailed Eligibility:
Trainee Planner:
- Master’s degree in Business or Engineering
- Experience: 0 – 1 year
- Experienced user of project/planning tools such as MS-Project, SAP PPM and JIRA
- Excellent communication skills in spoken and written English is a must

Responsibilities
In the position as Project Planner you will work closely together with Project Managers and Technical Leads in securing the planning on the projects are all linked in the right way, to maintain and monitor the projects throughout execution in the most simplistic and transparent way. As we are planning on many levels the efficiency in transforming data in all levels into a reporting format is key.
More specifically the main responsibilities will include:
- Support Project Managers and Technical Lead in setting up the projects in various planning systems in the right governance and quality
- Secure strong linking in all levels of planning (level A-B-C) throughout various tools, to secure efficient monitoring and reporting in the executional part of the projects
- Monitoring risks and issues related to planning aspects of the projects tasks vs milestones
- It is expected also to support building and developing planning accuracy processes, tools, and best practices in collaboration with Project Managers and Technical Leads
