Educational Qualification:
Scientist-B:
- Master’s Degree in Natural Science or Agricultural Science
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or Technology in a relevant discipline
- Bachelor’s Degree in Medicine OR
- Doctorate in Natural Science Agricultural Science, or Technology Engineering
Finance Officer:
- Graduate from a recognized University with 5 years experience in Accounts services at the pay level of 7 GP 4600 or 3 years experience at GP 4800 in Govt. offices/ PSU/ Autonomous Body/ Statutory Body.
- Desirable: Post Graduate Degree in Commerce/MBA
- At least ten years of relevant Experience in Government/ Government Research Establishments/ Autonomous Bodies/ Universities/ Statutory Organizations/ Government Organizations of high repute
- Knowledge in Computer Applications and Office Automation, e-office, PFMS, EHRMS and Tally.
- Experience in handling budget/ audit/ academic & R&D and other financial matters
Age Limit:
- Scientist-B: 35 years
- Finance Officer: 40 years
Age Relaxation:
- Relaxation in age limit will be allowed as per the Govt. of India orders applicable from time to time.
- The upper age limit for Government Servants shall be relaxable by five years by the orders issued by the Central Government from time to time

Selection Process of GBPIHED Careers:
