Detailed Eligibility :
Associate Helpdesk Engineer:
- Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or equivalent.
- Minimum one experience in Service Desk, IT call centre handling, IT service delivery or related end user-facing services.
- Common desktop hardware software knowledge, M365 services, Active Directory, network, and system.
- Should have hands-on experience diagnosing and resolving basic technical issues.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Customer-oriented and patient
- Good verbal and written communication skills, able to work in a team, possess cross-culture experience and project management skills.
You’ll be responsible for:
- Serve as the first contact with customers who need technical assistance via different channels, either phone, email, or chat.
- Perform troubleshooting using different diagnostic techniques.
- Troubleshoot, diagnose and resolve technical hardware and/or software issues.
- Provide quick resolution and excellent customer service.
- Redirect unresolved issues to the next level of support personnel.
- Provide needed information on IT products or services.
- Keep a record of problems and their resolution
- Follow-up with customers
- Identify and suggest possible improvements in procedures.
