Detailed Eligibility :

Associate Helpdesk Engineer:

  • Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or equivalent.
  • Minimum one experience in Service Desk, IT call centre handling, IT service delivery or related end user-facing services.
  • Common desktop hardware software knowledge, M365 services, Active Directory, network, and system.
  • Should have hands-on experience diagnosing and resolving basic technical issues.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Customer-oriented and patient
  • Good verbal and written communication skills, able to work in a team, possess cross-culture experience and project management skills.

You’ll be responsible for:

  • Serve as the first contact with customers who need technical assistance via different channels, either phone, email, or chat.
  • Perform troubleshooting using different diagnostic techniques.
  • Troubleshoot, diagnose and resolve technical hardware and/or software issues.
  • Provide quick resolution and excellent customer service.
  • Redirect unresolved issues to the next level of support personnel.
  • Provide needed information on IT products or services.
  • Keep a record of problems and their resolution
  • Follow-up with customers
  • Identify and suggest possible improvements in procedures.
