Detailed Eligibility:
Process Executive-Mapping:
- Diploma/Graduate in any discipline.
- 0 – 1 year of experience in BPO, US Mortgage/ Data Processing background.
Skill Sets
- Knowledge in foreclosure and mortgage servicing.
- Should know banking industry rules and regulations, and government regulations regarding foreclosures.
- Good interpersonal skills
- Good written and verbal Communication skills
- Analytical and good judging skills
- Ability to grasp and learn quickly.
- Self-motivated
- MS Office Knowledge
- Ability to plan.
- Should be able to prioritize the daily work.
Role & responsibilities:
- Has to complete transactions as per the target set on a daily/weekly/monthly basis.
- Will be a part of clients’ calls as required and will be responsible for updating the teams alongside the Supervisors.
- Regular cascading / providing training/ refreshers sessions on the latest updates
- Be a part of the regular production and produce agreed numbers.
- Address and ensure resolution of all process-related queries of the team members.

- US Shift – Shift window is from 5:30 am to 5:30 pm
- Either pick up or drop transport service will be provided
- Flexibility to work in different shifts.
