Sutherland Walk-in Drive 2026: Sutherland has announced a walk-in drive for the Process Associate Customer Support/International Voice Process roles. Customer Support Executive – International Voice Process:

• Qualification must be Any Degree

Eligibility Criteria:

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Strong customer service and problem-solving skills.
• Basic computer knowledge and typing skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to work in rotational/night shifts.
• Prior experience in an international voice process is preferred but not mandatory.

Preferred Experience:

• Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.
• Experience in BPO, customer support, or international voice processes is an added advantage.

Required Skills:

• Excellent communication and active listening skills.
• Customer-centric approach.
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
• Good analytical and interpersonal skills.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls from international clients.
• Resolve customer inquiries, complaints, and requests professionally and promptly.
• Provide accurate information about products, services, and company policies.
• Document customer interactions and update records in the CRM system.
• Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team when required.
• Meet individual and team performance metrics, including quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction.
• Maintain confidentiality of customer information and adhere to company policies.
• Work in rotational shifts, including night shifts, based on business requirements.
