Detailed Eligibility of HAL Careers:
Education Qualification:
Senior Medical Officer (ENT):
- MBBS with MS/DNB (ENT) with no post qualification Experience
- MBBS with DLO with 01 Year of post-qualification Experience
Senior Medical Officer (Ortho):
- MBBS with MS/DNB (Ortho) with no post qualification Experience
- MBBS with D’Ortho with 01 Year of post-qualification
Age Limit (As on 01 March 2026): 35 Years
Age Relaxation:
- Upper age limit is relaxable by 5 years in respect of SC/ST candidates.
- Upper age limit is relaxable by 5 years in respect of the Candidates who had ordinarily been domiciled in the State of Jammu & Kashmir during the period of 01.01.1980 to 31.12.1989.
- Relaxation in age limit in respect of Ex-Servicemen and Serving Officers of Armed Forces (viz. Indian Air Force, Indian Army and Indian Navy) will be extended as per rules of the Company
- Age of a candidate, after all application Age Relaxations should not exceed 56 years for PwBDs and 55 years for other candidates.

Selection Process of HAL Careers:
- Candidates will be shortlisted and called for Interview in the ratio of 1:10, as per the Rules of the Company
- The Selections will be done through an interview.
- Date, Time and Venue of the Interview will be intimated to the short-listed/eligible candidates by E-mail / HAL Website / Post.
- Candidates shortlisted for the interview are required to bring the Certificates / Documents (Original and Photocopies) for proof of Age, Qualification, Experience, Caste, Training, Disability (as applicable), Ex-Servicemen discharge book (as applicable) etc and passport-size photographs at the time of Interview.
