Selection Process for Grid India (POSOCO) Careers:
- Applications will be shortlisted in merit order (discipline-wise) by the respective Regions based on the percentage of marks obtained in the prescribed qualification in descending order.
- Shortlisted candidates shall be called for Personal Interview and verification of documents in order of merit
- It is mandatory for candidates to appear in all aforementioned selection processes and also qualify in the Personal Interview in order to be considered eligible for final shortlisting
- The weightage assigned to different parameters in the Selection Process are below:
- Percentage of marks in the prescribed qualification – 85%
- Personal Interview – 15%
