Detailed Eligibility:
Associate – Software Engineering:
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science or a closely related engineering discipline.
- 1-3+ years of professional experience in software development and engineering.
- Demonstrated strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex challenges into robust software solutions.
- Strong proficiency in core Java development, including expertise with common testing frameworks (e.g., JUnit), Spring
- Solid understanding and practical experience with distributed systems and messaging frameworks, such as Apache Kafka.
- Proficiency in database technologies, including NoSQL (e.g., MongoDB) and relational databases (e.g., PostgreSQL).
- A strong passion for continuous learning and adapting to new technologies and skillsets as required.
- Preferred Qualifications: Familiarity with the AWS ecosystem, including services like Containers (ECS/EKS), CloudFormation, MSK, and Aurora.
