We are looking for?
- Graduates with good written communication skills in English
- Experience Range: Freshers to 2 years
- Knowledge and ability to use proper Punctuations, Sentences , Tenses and statement
- Must hold a graduation degree (Provisional Certificate and Consolidated Marks Memo required)
- Willing to work from the office and in 24×7 rotational shifts (5 days Working, 2 days off)
- Available to join immediately

- Design and implement quality assurance processes for entered data.
- Actively engage in project forums and communicate effectively with team members.
- Streamline existing workflows and offer continuous feedback on tools and procedures.
- Analyze customer feedback, track satisfaction metrics, and support initiatives to enhance performance.
