Detailed Eligibility:

Educational Qualification:

  • The minimum educational qualification for designated Trades should be 10th pass with a minimum of 50% marks in Std 10 examination along with ITI examination passed in relevant trade with aggregate of 65% marks.
  • Further, the candidate should have passed the relevant ITI / trade test from any institute recognized by NCVT
  • Qualification for candidates who are to be enrolled for Rigger and Crane Operator (Overhead Steel Industry) as Fresher should pass 8th std, without ITI

Relevant ITI fields: Fitter, Machinist, Welder, Sheet Metal Worker, Sewing Technology, Dress Making, Mechanic Machine Tool Maintenance, Mechanic Refrigerator & Air Conditioning, Mechanic Diesel, Painter, Electrician, Instrument Mechanic, Carpenter, Plumber, Electroplater, Foundryman

  • Second-year of training: Eighty per cent of minimum wage of semi-skilled workers notified by Maharashtra State.

  • The written examination of 2 hrs duration would comprise of 100 Multiple Choice Questions on General Science, General Knowledge and Mathematics
  • The question paper will be bilingual in both English & Hindi
  • Shortlisting of candidates for the written examination would be called for Interview / Skill Test in Jan 2020.
  • The final merit list will be prepared by considering the consolidated marks of the
    written examination and Interview / Skill test
