Freshers (Non-IT):

Role: Back Office / Non-Voice Process.

Who can apply: (Eligibility and Notice Period)

• Freshers or candidates with a maximum of 1 year of BPO Back Office experience
• Only Non-Technical Graduates can apply
• Experience: 0–1 Year (Freshers can apply)
• Eligible qualifications: BBA, B.Sc, BA, B.Com, MA, M.Com, B.Pharma, BHM
• BE/B.Tech and other Technical Graduates are not eligible
• Freshers and candidates with up to 1 year of experience can apply

What are we looking for: (Job Summary):

• Review event video clips and analyze driver activities
• Mark and classify driver behavior as per defined business rules and guidelines
• Capture and maintain driver logs accurately following process instructions
• Ensure quality and accuracy while processing data and reports
• Achieve daily productivity and quality targets aligned with defined KPIs

Shifts and Week Off: Rotational Shifts, including Night Shifts with Rotational Week Offs
