Probation period & Emoluments:
The Selected candidate will be posted at a consolidated pay of Rs.11000/- Per month till completion of probation Period of one year. However, management can extend this, if the candidate does not fulfill the desired level. Only on successful completion of probation Period, he/she will be placed in the above time scale pay of Rs.4140 – 10000 (Gross Salary of Rs.12500/- per month approximately) with Pf, Gratuity, Medical Insurance etc…as per the rules of Co-optex.
