Education Qualification:
Assistant Manager (Complex):
- Essential: Degree in Physical Education from a recognized university or Degree in Sports Management.
- One year of administrative experience and one year of experience in the management of sports facilities.
- Knowledge of Konkani.
- Desirable: Knowledge of Marathi.
Assistant Manager (Swimming Pool):
- Essential: Diploma in Mechanical Engineering/Electrical/Instrumentalist from a recognized University or Institution.
- Experience in swimming pool maintenance for a recognised school/college/university or any other organisation of repute.
- Know-how of Swimming and addressing First-aid
- Desirable: Knowledge of Marathi.
Coach (Grade – IV):
- Essential: Higher Secondary School Certificate or All India Council for Technical Education approved Diploma awarded by a recognised State Board of Technical Education or equivalent qualification from a recognized Institution.
- Certificate Course in Coaching in the respective sport.
- Knowledge of Konkani.
- Desirable: Knowledge of Marathi.
Lower Division Clerk (LDC)
- Essential: Higher Secondary School Certificate or All India Council for Technical Education approved Diploma awarded by a recognised State Board of Technical Education or equivalent qualification from a recognized Institution.
- Computer certificate course of three months duration.
- Typing speed of 30 words per minute in English.
- Knowledge of Konkani.
- Desirable: Knowledge of Marathi
Plant Operator:
- Essential: Secondary School Certificate Examination from a recognised Board/Institution.
- Certificate Course in the trade of fitter from a recognized Industrial Training Institute.
- Knowledge of Konkani.
- Two years experience in the field.
- Desirable: Knowledge of Marathi.
Life Guard:
- Essential: Secondary School Certificate Examination from a recognised Board/Institution.
- Certificate in First Aid.
- Certificate in Swimming.
- Knowledge of life-saving techniques (Candidate shall be subjected to practical skill test of life saving techniques).
- Chest Measurement proportionate to height and age laid down in medical chart.
- Vision: 6 x 6 without glasses and no color blindness.
- General health free from all communicable diseases and medical/surgical deformities.
- Should not have a history of fits and psychiatric ailments.
- Knowledge of Konkani and English.
- Desirable: Knowledge of Marathi and Hindi
Multi-Tasking Staff (MTS):
- Essential: Secondary School Certificate Examination from a recognised Board/Institution or a Certificate course conducted by a recognized Industrial Training Institute in any trade or equivalent qualification from a recognized Institution.
- Knowledge of Konkani.

Age Limit:
- Coach- Grade – IV: Not exceeding 35 years.

Relaxation: relaxable for employees of the Sports Authority of Goa and Government servants up to five years under the instructions or orders issued by the Government from time to time.
