Detailed Eligibility:

Business Development Executive (Inside Sales Specialist):



  • Graduate in any discipline
  • Experience: 6 month to 5 years in sales
  • Excellent communication skills (Verbal and Written)
  • Neutral accent for interacting with global customer base
  • Identifying references through the existing customer base to increase the sales pipeline.

Job responsibilities:



  • New customer acquisition in the assigned geography.
  • Customer relationship management for existing customers in the assigned geography.
  • Cross selling from current product portfolio.
  • Identifying opportunities of adding new courses to the existing product portfolio .
  • Preparing short-term sales plan, sales approaches and strategies.
  • Consistently achieve revenue targets in line with team/organizational objectives .
  • Managing pre-sales to post-sales support activities for the assigned geographies.
  • Collecting and analyzing customer feedback.
  • Revenue and expense reporting for the assigned geographies.

Salary: Rs. 3 LPA – 5.5 LPA (Fixed) + Variables
