- M. Sc in any branch of Chemical Sciences
Biology:ย
- M. Sc in any branch of Life Sciences
Earth & Environmental Science:ย
- M.Sc. / B Tech / M Tech in the area of Geology & Environmental Science
Engineering/Electronics:ย
- M.Sc. / BE/ B Tech in Electronics / Computer Science
Materials Engineering:
- M.Sc. in Physics / Chemistry or BE /B Tech in Materials, Metallurgical, Ceramics, Polymers or Mechanical Engineering
- Desirable: Candidates with ME / M.Tech degrees will be preferred.
Physics:
- M.Sc. in Physics
Aerospace Engineering:
- BE/BTech in Aeronautical or Aerospace Engineering
Mechanics & Computing:

Duration:ย Engagement is purely temporary on a contract basis, initially for a period of one year and renewable annually up to a maximum duration of five years, based on the satisfactory performance and requirements of the Institute.

Age Relaxation: Age relaxation, wherever applicable and admissible, will be as per GoI norms
Salary Details:
- Emoluments will be Rs. 30,000/-+ HRA p.m.
- After two years, the salary will be fixed at Rs. 34,000 + HRA p.m.
- For candidates selected through National Eligibility Tests or GATE, emoluments will be Rs. 37,000/- + HRA p.m. After two years, the salary will be fixed at Rs. 42,000/- + HRA p.m.
