- The candidate must possess B.E/B.Tech in relevant field
- 1 to 3 years of Experience on Ericsson Products Ericsson Charging, Billing, DMP, CIS, Order Care, Catalog Manager, JIRA or any test management tool

- The IT Engineer/Tester is responsible to implement the services requested by the customer.
- The test services provided by an IT Engineer/Tester will include manual and/or automated Test case design, test case execution, defect tracking of functional and non-functional scenarios.
- The IT Engineer/Tester is part of customer team and work in customer premises or remotely for the customer wherever possible.
