Educational Qualification – Bhandara Job Vacancy 2024:
Danger Building Worker:
- Candidates possessing NAC/NTC Certificate issued by NCTVT (now NCVT) of AOCP Trade who are trained in Ordnance Factories under erstwhile Ordnance Factory Board or under Munitions India Limited (MIL), having training/experience in the Military ammunition and explosives manufacturing and handling, OR
- Candidates possessing NAC/NTC Certificate issued by NCTVT (now NCVT) in AOCP Trade from Government/ Private Organization having affiliation from Government and the candidates having AOCP from Government ITI will be considered. (combined Merit list will be prepared for candidates trained in AOCP at Ordnance factories and other institutes)
Age Limit ( As on 23 November 2024): Between 18 and 35 years
Age Relaxation:
- For SC/ST: 05 Years (only in respect of the post reserved for SC/ST)
- For OBC (Non-Creamy Layer): 03 Years (only in respect of the post reserved for OBC)
- For Ex-Serviceman: Period of Military Service + 03 Years

Selection Process of Ordnance Factory Bhandara Jobs:
- Selection of the candidates shall be done based on the Marks scored in the NCTVT and Trade Test/ Practical test only, in the order of Merit.
- Trade Test will be carried out at Ordnance Factory Bhandara. Trade Test/ Practical test will be of 100 marks.
- Merit list will be prepared based on combined marks secured in the NCTVT Exam and Trade test/Practical Test.
- The weightage of Marks in the NCTVT Exam and Trade test/Practical test will be 80% and 20% respectively.
- Candidates qualifying in the NCTVT and Trade Test/ Practical test will be called for Document Verification in the order of Merit.
- A combined Merit list will be prepared for candidates trained in AOCP at Ordnance factories and other institutes.
