Educational Qualification:
Tenure-Based Graduate/Diploma Project Engineer (Chemical):
- Graduate (B.E./B.Tech) or Diploma in Chemical Engineering – Apprenticeship in manufacturing/ handling of ammunition and explosives
- B.Sc Graduate with Chemistry as one of the major subjects – Apprenticeship in manufacturing/ handling of ammunition and explosives
- Graduate (B.E./B.Tech) or Diploma in Chemical engineering – Apprenticeship in Chemical other than manufacturing/ handling of ammunition and explosives
Duration: CONTRACT BASIS, initially for a period of ONE year which may be extended up to a maximum period of FOUR years from the date of engagement (including initial period) based on factory requirement and individual performance.
Age Limit (As on 02 May 2026): Between 18 and 30 years
Age Relaxation:
- For SC/ST: 05 Years (only in respect of the post reserved for SC/ST)

- The candidates from feeder trade such as “Instrument Mechanic Chemical Plant (IMCP), Mechanical Maintenance Chemical Plant (MMCP), Laboratory Assistance Chemical Plant (LACP), Process Plant Operator (PPO), Fitter General, Machinist, Turner, Sheet Metal Worker, Electrician, Electronic Mechanic, Boiler Attendant, Mechanic Industrial Electronics, Refrigeration and Air Conditioning Mechanic” may also apply against above mentioned trade.
