Customer Service Associate:

• Minimum Eligibility: Graduate/HSC Freshers (No Btech/B.E.)/ experienced.

Job Description

• Respond to customer inquiries via calls in a timely and professional manner.
• Identify and resolve customer issues, escalating complex cases when necessary.
• Provide accurate product or service information to help customers make decisions.
• Maintain customer records by documenting interactions, transactions, and feedback.
• Process orders, returns, refunds, and exchanges according to company policies.
• Follow communication procedures and guidelines to ensure consistent customer experience.
• Meet performance targets, including response time, resolution rate, and customer satisfaction scores.

Salary: UPTO Rs. 35,000/-

Note:

• Shift: Rotational Shift /Flexible to work in any shifts and timings 5 days working , 2 rotational offs
• Transport boundary:
  • Western line- Churchgate to Virar
  • Central line- CST to Thane (main city)
  • Harbour line- CST to Vashi
