Detailed Eligibility:

Electrical/Mechanical (Design Opportunity):

• Qualification – B.E/B.Tech/Diploma (EEE, Mech, E&I)
• Experience – Freshers to 5 years

Fresher Eligibility Guidelines:

• Applicants must have completed a B.E/B.Tech or Diploma in Mechanical & Electrical Engineering with an aggregate of more than 60% across 10th, 12th, and Diploma/B.E/B.Tech exams. (Candidates with less than 60% in any one academic stage are not eligible)
• Applicants from Aeronautical, ECE, CSE, IT, and other non-relevant streams are not eligible for this position.
• This opportunity is open only to graduates passed-out from 2022, 2023, 2024, and 2025 for Freshers. (2026 not applicable)

Mechanical Fresher (0 – 3 yrs):

• Applicants should have Tool knowledge on Solid works, Autodesk Inventor & AutoCAD only.
• Get fully prepared to work with the AutoCAD/Solidworks software tool.
• Tool test will be conducted after Technical Aptitude Exam.
• Candidates with production or fabrication experience will be given preference

Mechanical Design Experience (3 – 6yrs):

• Design and develop mechanical components, assemblies, and systems using 3D modelling software
• Create detailed engineering drawings, BOMs, and technical documentation
• Proficient in using PDM/PLM platforms and navigating engineering change workflows
• Skilled in using 3D CAD tools such as SolidWorks, Inventor, or AutoCAD for detailed mechanical design
• Familiar with ISO and ASME standards for mechanical design and documentation
• Knowledge of weldments, sheet metal design, mining processes and equipment, as well as structural fabrication techniques
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities to engage confidently with clients and stakeholders
• This role requires experience beyond CREO; applicants with only CREO experience will not be considered

Electrical Fresher (0 – 2 yrs):

Educational Background for Electrical candidates:

• Candidates who graduated in 2023 or 2024 with the relevant experience are highly encouraged to apply.

Experience & Exposure:

• 1 to 2 years of experience in Erection, Testing & Commissioning, Operation and Maintenance of Medium Voltage (6.6kV to 33kV) equipment such as HT panels, Transformers, and HT Motors is preferred.

Eligibility:

• 1 – 3 years of experience in SWGR & MCC design
• Electrical design and drafting using AutoCAD.
• 1 to 3 years of experience in Erection, Testing & Commissioning, Operation and Maintenance of Medium Voltage (6.6kV to 33kV) equipment such as HT panels, Transformers, and HT Motors is preferred.
• Project documentation and layout preparation

Skills:

• Strong understanding of basic electrical concepts and theories, including Transformers, Circuit Theory, Switchgear, and Control & Protection panels.
• Familiarity with AutoCAD is a plus.
• Candidates will undergo a Technical Aptitude Test followed by a technical discussion.
