Educational Qualifications:

Project Details: Design and Development of Ultra-Low- Power RISC-V Based Lightweight Edge AI Processor for IoT Enabled Healthcare Applications under Chips to Startup Programme(C2S) of Ministry of Electronics & Information Technology (MeitY) Government of India.

Junior Research Fellow (JRF):

B.E/ B.Tech in Electronics and Communication/Electrical and Electronics/ Computer Science and allied branches/M.Sc. in Electronics/Computer Science. Candidates should also have qualified GATE/ CSIRUGC National Eligibility Test, including NET Lectureship (Assistant Professorship). OR
M.E/M.Tech in VLSI/Microelectronics/SoC-Design/Semiconductor Technology/Embedded Systems/IoT/Computer Science/Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning/Signal Processing/Communication Systems and allied branches. Candidates should also have qualified GATE/CSIR-UGC National Eligibility Test, including NET Lectureship (Assistant Professorship). OR
B.E/ B.Tech in Electronics and Communication/Electrical and Electronics/ Computer Science and allied branches from the institutes/colleges which accepts admission through IIT-JEE(Mains or Advanced) Examination Only. OR

Project Duration: The Fellowship is initially for a period of One Year and is renewable annually for a total period of Five years.

Age Limit: 35 years

Age relaxation: Age limit is relaxable by 5 years for SC/ST, 3 years for OBC candidates.

Salary details of NIELIT Career:

The Junior Research Fellowship (JRF) carries an amount of Rs.37,000 per month, with a possibility to be increased to Rs.42,000/- per month as Senior Research Fellowship (SRF), after two years, on successful completion and review of research work of the previous two years by a review committee.
All research fellows may be provided Hostel Accommodation. Wherever provision of Hostel accommodation is not possible, HRA may be allowed as per Central Government norms applicable in the city/location.

Selection Process of NIELIT Career:

Eligible candidates will be shortlisted for test/personal interview based on Required Skill sets/Work Experience and educational qualifications.
Date and time of the test/ personal interview will be communicated to the shortlisted candidates separately by email.
The decision of the Selection Committee constituted by the Executive Director of NIELIT Aurangabad in selecting the candidate will be
final and binding on all the candidates.

One (01) year post-qualification experience in the area of general administration preferably in Govt

Resource Person (IT):
