Educational Qualification:
Officer (Finance & Administration):
- Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline from a recognized university
- Experience: Retired officers at the level of Finance Officer/ Administrative Officer
Program Executive:
- MBA/ MSW from a recognized University.
- Experience: Minimum 3 years’ experience
Assistant Manager:
- B.Tech from a recognized university.
- Experience: Minimum 5 years’ experience
System Administrator:
- MCA/B.Tech/Diploma with relevant networking certifications.
- Experience: Minimum 5 years’ experience
Multi-Purpose Staff:
- Graduation/Diploma in any discipline from a recognized university.
- Experience: Minimum 2 years’ experience
Age Limit (as on 01.08.2020):
- Officer (Finance & Administration): 60 yrs
- Program Executive/ Assistant Manager: 35 yrs
- System Administrator: 40 yrs
- Multi-Purpose Staff: 30 yrs
Salary Details:
- Officer (Finance & Administration): Rs. 35,000
- Program Executive: Rs. 25,000
- Assistant Manager: Rs. 30,000
- System Administrator: Rs. 25,000
