Detailed Eligibility:
Assistant Manager/Deputy Manager (Vehicle Assembly/Process Engineering/Facility planning/Digital feasibility study/New launches):
- B.E in Mech/Auto /EEE/ECE
- Experience: Minimum 5 – 15 Years
Required Skills:
- Good knowledge in Final vehicle assembly process and systems.
- Experience in Passenger vehicle automobile Industry.
- Experience in AutoCAD and Digital platform like CATIA
- Should have good PowerPoint & Excel knowledge
Job Description:
Process engineering
- Engage in early build process of photo build and subsequent events till mass production
- Review drawings ,BOM, Prepare APS,0TS during each event and share to PE for plant review
- Prepare list of facilities ,tools, jigs &fixture required for new launch (4M preparation)
- Develop manage and deliver event timing plan with milestones and deliverables
- Establish line balancing, efficient manpower utilisation and drive for development/improvement
- Develop cycle line layout for current/Future models
Virtual manufacturing
- Conduct digital simulation , ergonomic and equipment feasibility study
Facility engineering
- Develop Specification, Receive Quote, participate in Technical Review, till purchasing procedure
- Lead in delivery the projects Design approval, project management, I&C, prove out.
New Launch
- Validation engineering documents (Process sheets, WSS, PIS, WIS, OTS)
- Validation Jigs & fixture for confirmation
- Coordinator events & address build concerns
- Review and reconfirm the Line 4M Readiness
- Lead to ensure smooth of new launch – early KPI achievements
