DRDO DIPR Jobs – Detailed Eligibility:
Education Qualification:
Junior Research Fellow (JRF): Post Graduation in Psychology/Applied Psychology (Specialisation in Organisation Behaviour/Social Psychology/Personality Assessment/Clinical/Health) with first division and NET qualification.
Research Associate (RA): PhD in Psychology.
Duration: The posts mentioned above are available initially for two years (extendable as per rules).
Age Limit:
- Junior Research Fellow (JRF): 28 years
- Research Associate: 35 years
Age Relaxation:
- Relaxable by 5 years for SC/ST and 3 years for OBC candidates per Government of India orders.
Stipend Details:
- Junior Research Fellow (JRF):
- 1st & 2nd year: Rs. 37,000/- per month
- 3rd year if required as JRF: Rs. 42,000/- per month
- During the entire tenure, Rs. 37,000/- per month if extended.
- Contingency grant upto a maximum of Rs. 15,000/- per annum for two years.
- The contingency grant will be increased to Rs. 20,000/- per annum for the subsequent years.
- Research Associate:
- Rs. 67,000/- per month during the entire tenure
- The contingency grant up to a maximum of Rs. 20,000/- per annum during the entire tenure.
