Qualifications:
Software Developer Trainee:
Education: B.Tech/B.E. in Computers, BCA in Computers, B.Sc in Computers, MCA in Computers, M.Tech in Computers.
Skills and Requirements:
- Degree in Computer Science with a minimum of 70%.
- A computer/ laptop with at least 8GB of RAM to work from home during the initial training period.
- Willing to relocate to Bengaluru from Day 1.
- Willing to work from the office on completion of the training period.
- Basic knowledge of C#, SQL, JavaScript, and web development will be an advantage.
- Fast Learner.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent team player.
- Strong English communication skills.
- Knowledge of programming terminologies or high research ability.
- Ability to develop ideas and processes.
- Ability to solve or simplify complex problems or processes.
- Passionate about taking up challenges.
Training Period:
- You will work remotely from your home with your own system.
- Work and code with Senior Developers and get to learn their seasoned techniques and programming styles.
- Work with Product Managers, Business Analysts, and QA teams to understand the business requirements.
- Opportunity to work closely with our customers along with senior developers.
Job Role:
- iRely is looking for Full- Time Software Developer Trainees to join their team in Bengaluru, India effective May 15th!
- Selected applicants will participate in a paid 1-month supervised training program.
- During this time, you will work from home and be assigned self-study programs which will be assessed.
- Based on your performance, you will continue on this program and be on probation as per company policy.
- Once you are trained you will have an opportunity to work on our business ERP software.
