IIM Kashipur Careers-Detailed Eligibility:
Educational Qualification:
Academic Associate: Ph.D in relevant area (Finance/Accounting/Finance and Accounting).
Academic Assistant: Post-graduate with first Finance/Accounting/Finance and Accounting class. Relevant experience either in academics or industry or an M. Phil [or higher qualifications] will be preferred. Candidates with qualifications like CA, CMA, CS will also be eligible.
Duration: Appointments will be made on a contract basis for one year initially and renewable annually, subject to satisfactory performance, but generally limited to three years.
Job Responsibilities: The AAs will assist faculty members in teaching (including evaluation, development of courses and teaching material, marking attendance and evaluation of class participation), invigilation duty, research and consultancy projects, MDPs, secretarial assistance, and other academic activities. The Institute can also give them other responsibilities from time to time.
Age Limit: For AAs, the age of the candidate should be preferably below 35 years
Stipend:
- Academic Associate: Rs. 28,000/- to Rs 34,000/-
- Academic Assistant: Rs. 23,000/- to Rs 27,500/-
