Graduate Trainee Engineer:

Your success is grounded in:

BE/ BTech with 6 months of experience
Fluent in English language.
Strong Knowledge of Microsoft Office.

Foundational Project Support & Learning:

Assist in various engineering tasks and project activities as directed by the Team Leader or Senior Engineer.
Learn about project scope and requirements during or after TO meetings.
Review basic project inputs, identifying initial questions and seeking guidance from Senior Engineers or the Team Leader.

Basic Deliverable Preparation & Quality Checks:

Prepare engineering/programming/graphics/estimates or components under close supervision, following established Siemens standards and guidelines.
Develop an understanding of quality control principles and perform initial checks on own work before submission.

Active Learning & Engagement:

Proactively ask questions and seek clarification from Senior Engineers, and Team Leaders on technical concepts, project processes, and best practices.
Participate in team discussions and contribute to problem-solving efforts as skills develop.

Task Completion:

Ensure assigned tasks are completed accurately and within the given timeframe, communicating progress to the Sr Engineer or Team Leader.
Maintain accurate and timely recording of work hours in the timesheet.
