NRCG Vacancy 2024 Notification:
Candidates are invited for interviews online. The eligible candidates are requested to send their application in the enclosed Application form along with a copy of the original documents by hand or speed/registered post on or before 29th July 2024 (upto 5.30 PM) to the Director, ICAR- National Research Centre for Grapes, P.B. NRCG Careers – Detailed Eligibility:
Education Qualification:
Young Professional – II:
- Project: Agri Business Incubation Cent
- Post Graduate degree in Fruit Science / Vegetable Science / Microbiology Ag. / Food Technology or Science & Technology / Masters in Agri-Business Management.
- Desirable: Good writing & communication skill, fluency in Hindi & English, PG Diploma in Agri-Business Management
Senior Research Fellow:
- Project: Agri-CRP on Water IoT enable sensor-based smart irrigation management system’ (ICAR Project)
- M.Sc. (Ag) Soil Science / Horticulture / Plant Physiology / agriculture Physics / Agric. Chemicals with 4 years / 5 years B.Sc. (Ag) / B.Sc. (Hort.)
- Desirable: Knowledge of analytical techniques in laboratory.
- Should be able to handle routine laboratory equipment’s like pH meter, EC meter, AAS, Flame photometer, UV-Vis Spectrophotometer etc.
- Knowledge of computer usage (MS Office atleast)
Age Limit(As on 29 July 2024):
- Young Professional – II: 21 – 45 Years
- Senior Research Fellow: 35 – 40 Years
Age relaxation: The relaxation is with relaxation as per rules
Salary:
- Young Professional – II: Rs. Rs. 42,000/-
- Senior Research Fellow: Rs. 31,000/- pm for two years and Rs.35,000/- pm for the third year + HRA

Selection Process of NRCG Jobs:
- The interview for the above posts will be conducted online through video conferencing on Google Meet (The scheduled date & time will be intimated later on through phone/email/WhatsApp or uploaded on the Directorate’s website
- Only the candidates with essential/required qualifications will be considered for the interview.
- Applications are invited to attend online Interviews through video conferencing for the following posts purely on a contractual basis under the project for a given period at ICAR- NRC for Grapes, Pune, as mentioned below.
