Detailed Eligibility:
Customer Support Executive:
- Any grad or HSc are eligible.
- Fresher and experience both are eligible.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Should be fluent in English with Bengali/ Hindi.
Role & responsibilities
- Resolve customer queries through calls.
- Provide information and guidance to customer.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and follow company policies.
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and professionalism.
Salary: Rs. 15K CTC/ In-hand – 12K to 13K
Note:
- Immediate joiner preferred.
- Rotational shift timing.
- Should be comfortable for the WFO.
- Day shift for female employee.
