- Undergraduate: Arts, Science & Commerce (B.Com/BA/BCA/B.Sc/BBM/BBA ) – 2024 Passed outs only
- Experience: Fresher
Note: Candidates who attended Interviews with us in past Four Months are not eligible for reappearing
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Abstracting the Key information from the Lease Agreements and populating it into the client’s Application Software.
- Abstracting the critical data from the Multi-lingual Lease Documents and entering into the Lease Abstract Form.
- Analyzing the Lease Data and Financial information including CAM (Common Area Maintenance), Taxes, Insurance, and other Expense Recoveries.
- Translating the lease documents from native language to known common language.
Important skills required for the job holder:
- Very good written English communication,
- Analytical and logical skills
- Attention to detail
Salary: Rs. 2.15 L/Annum (Including PF, ESI & Gratuity) (Take Home: Rs. 14,000/- Month)
