Roles and Responsibilities:
- Abstracting the Key information from the Lease Agreements and populating it into the client’s Application Software.
- Abstracting the critical data from the Multi-lingual Lease Documents and entering into the Lease Abstract Form.
- Analyzing the Lease Data and Financial information including CAM (Common Area Maintenance), Taxes, Insurance, and other Expense Recoveries.
- Translating the lease documents from native language to known common language.
Salary: Rs. 2.46 L / Annum (Including PF, ESI & Gratuity)
