About the Role: The role of a Product Analyst involves collaborating closely with the product, design, and engineering teams to pinpoint avenues for enhancing the product and creating new features.

Qualification:
  • 0-3 years of experience
  • An undergraduate degree in an analytical or qualitative field (e.g., Statistics, Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Data Science)
  • Graduated from a top-tier college.
Good to have:
  • Proficient in managing extensive data sets from various sources.
  • Proficiency in programming languages such as R & Python.
  • Familiarity with RESTful APIs.
  • A basic grasp of mobile and web technologies.
Skills: Must have:
  • Strong data, statistics, and analytical skills with a good grasp of SQL and Excel.
  • Understanding of data visualisation tools like QuickSight Tableau and analytics tools like MixPanel, Google Analytics, etc.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced start-up environment, learn on the job and get things done
Roles and Responsibilities:
  • Gather and share insights on daily operations, features, and customer behaviours to aid the product team in uncovering, refining, and envisioning improvements.
  • Monitor key metrics and track product performance to measure the impact of new features.
  • Take charge of crafting and presenting reports that convey valuable product insights to stakeholders.
