Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or Technology in Electronics and Engineering from a recognized University or equivalent with minimum 60% marks

Corresponding GATE Year: 2023 or 2024 or 2025

Technical Officer (Computer 2 Science and Information Technology):

Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or Technology in Computer Science and Information Technology from a recognized University or equivalent with minimum 60% marks

Selection Process for TRAI Careers:

Only those candidates eligible in all respects and have qualified relevant test papers in GATE 2023 or GATE 2024 or GATE 2025 and have registered their applications on the portal of TRAI shall be considered for further selection process in TRAI.
Candidates having valid GATE 2023/GATE 2024/GATE 2025 score shall only be eligible for this recruitment exercise in TRAI under this advertisement.
GATE score of 2022 or of previous GATE examinations shall not be accepted.
Equal weightage will be given to GATE 2023, GATE 2024 and GATE 2025 scores.
Shortlisting of candidates for the posts of Technical Officer (TO-2025) will be done in the order of merit drawn on the basis of valid GATE 2023 / GATE 2024 / GATE 2025 score.
If there are more than 01 candidate with the same cut off mark (while short listing for interview), then all the candidates with the same marks will be shortlisted for interview.
Eligible candidates will be shortlisted for interview on the basis of GATE score in the ratio of 1:8 subject to their availability in order of discipline wise category-wise merit list.
The final selection of the candidates will be purely on the basis of discipline wise category wise merit of aggregate of 80% weightage of marks of GATE score and 20% weightage of marks in Personal Interview subject to medical fitness.
The shortlisted candidates will be called for Personal Interview.

The candidates belonging to General/OBC categories are required to make a non-refundable payment of Rs. 100/-
SC, ST, PwBD and Ex-serviceman applicants are exempted from the payment of Application Fee
