Detailed Eligibility:
Educational Qualification:
Assistant Managers:
For project appraisal:
- Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering with MBA (Finance).
- Experience: Not less than three years post-qualification experience in the areas of project financial appraisal, financial structuring and financial management.
For Environmental Safeguards:
- Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree in Civil / Environmental Engineering with Post Graduate Degree in Environmental Engineering / Public Health Engineering / Environmental Sciences / Environmental Management.
- Experience: Not less than three years post qualification experience in Environmental Screening & Appraisal of projects, preparation of Environmental Impact Assessment reports, review & monitoring of compliances with Environmental, Health & Safety, Environmental Management Plan and requirements through Notifications by Regulatory Authorities.
For Consultancy division:
- Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering with Postgraduate degree in Environmental Engineering/ Structural Engineering / Construction Engineering and Management / Project Management.
- Experience: Not less than three years’ post qualification experience in dealing with project appraisal, consultancy, project development and construction management.
For Risk Management:
- Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree with Associate Member of Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ACA) / Associate Member of Institute of Cost Accountants of India (ACMA)
- Experience: Not less than three years’ experience in identifying, assessing, and monitoring the risks; develop risk mitigation measures; prepare statements on compliances, reporting on Risk Management.
Officers:
- Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree (preferably in Commerce) with CMA (Inter) / CA (Inter)
- Experience: not less than three years in handling Finance and Accounts, Audit, Project financial management and compliances. The candidates must have expert working knowledge in Ms Office & Tally.
Age Limit(As on 01 July 2023):
- Assistant Managers: 40 Years
- Officers: 35 Years
Salary:
- Assistant Managers: Rs.69,920/-
- Officers: Rs.37,785/-
Selection Process:
