Educational Qualification:

Project Title: Induction of polyploidy in Jasminum spp. (J.sambac and J. Grandiflrum) for improving economic traits at Department of Floriculture and Landscape Architecture, HC&RI, TNAU, Coimbatore

Junior Research Fellow:

• B.Sc. 4 years Programme / Integrated BS-MS/M.Sc. / B.Tech or equivalent degree, with 55%marks and passing of CSIR-NET/GARE test

Project Title: GoTN sponsored SSERA (CRV) scheme on “Building and scaling up Climate Resilient Villages in Tamil Nadu”

Junior Research Fellow:

• Any Bachelor’s degree in Farm Science obtained from SAUs

Project Title: Foreign Agency scheme “Physiological effects of drought stress on grain nutrient content in Sorghum and pearl Millet- F38JG”

Junior Research Fellow:

• Four years Bachelor’s degree from Farm University – B.Sc. (Agriculture/ Horticulture)

Teaching Assistant:

Project Title: FMC – B.Tech

• Ph.D. in Agricultural Engineering (Bioenergy / Renewable Energy Engineering / Farm Machinery and Power Engineering / Process and Food Engineering / Soil and Water Conservation Engineering
• Master’s Degree in Agricultural Engineering (Bioenergy / Renewable Energy Engineering / Farm Machinery and Power Engineering / Process and Food Engineering / Soil and Water Conservation Engineering (only in case of Non-availability of Ph.D. candidates)

Salary:

• Junior Research Fellow: Rs. 37,000/ month for first 2 years and Rs. 42,000/ month after 2 years
• Junior Research Fellow: Rs. 25,000/- p.m.
• Teaching Assistant:
  • Ph.D. in Agricultural Engineering
    • With NET: Rs. 55,000/- p.m.
    • Without NET: Rs. 45,000/- p.m.
  • M.Tech. in Agricultural Engineering
    • With NET: Rs. 42,000/- p.m.
