Detailed Eligibility – SVC Bank Careers:

Educational Qualification:

Chief Manager – Digital Marketing:

  • Graduation from a recognized University and post- graduation in Mass Communication /Media Management / Public Relations from a recognized/ Accredited University / Institute OR
  • MBA in Marketing from a recognized University/AICTE approved Institutes.
  • Experience: Minimum 12-15 years of experience in a Bank, handling end-to-end digital marketing capabilities and strategy that aligns with the needs and goals of the business. At least 8- 10 years of experience in leading teams and working with a wide range of stakeholders – including line management, distribution, brand and technology, having worked exclusively on development projects on Video KYC, Digital On boarding, Loan Originating System, Chatbot, Whatsapp banking and other digital initiatives.

Chief Manager – Premises and Development:

  • Graduation in any faculty from a recognized University
  • C.A./ I.C.W.A./ C.S./ M.B.A. /CFA
  • Minimum 12-15 years of experience in Facility Management, preferably having experience in a bank. Key deliverables for this role would be to manage day-to-day Facility operations, Vendor Management, budget and forecasting- variance on budget to actual expense

Cluster Manager – Retail Banking:

  • Graduation in any faculty from a recognized University
  • C.A./ I.C.W.A./C.S./ M.B.A. /CFA JAIIB / CAIIB will be treated as an additional qualification
  • Minimum 13-15 years of Branch Banking experience in Bank, preferably having experience in co-operative bank, out of which 6-8 years as a Branch Head, with capabilities and strategies that align with the needs and goals of the business.
  • The primary role of this Executive will be to oversee and manage multiple retail branches within a designated geographic area or cluster.

Branch Manager:

  • Graduation in any faculty from a recognized University.
  • C.A./ I.C.W.A./ C.S./ M.B.A. /CFA would be an added advantage
  • Graduate / Post Graduate with at least 7 to 8 years of work experience in Branch Banking. Credit knowledge is mandatory.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills is a must.

Regional Manager (Sales) – Affordable Housing Loans:



  • Graduation in any faculty from a recognized University.
  • C.A./ I.C.W.A./ C.S. / M.B.A. /CFA will be an added advantage.
  • Graduate / Post Graduate with minimum 12- 15 years of post-qualification Sales experience in Bank / BFSI domain.
  • Candidate with a minimum 12-year post-qualification experience in Financial Services with at least 3 years in a similar work profile would be ideal, i.e. a candidate managing a team which sources Affordable Housing Loans.
  • Candidate must have good understanding of Affordable Housing Loans, Customer segments and Key Markets locations.

Manager (Sales) – Affordable Housing Loans :

  • Graduation in any faculty from a recognized University.
  • C.A./ I.C.W.A./C.S. / M.B.A. /CFA will be an added advantage.
  • Graduate / Post Graduate with minimum 6-8 years of post-qualification Sales experience in Bank / BFSI domain.
  • Candidate with a minimum 12-year post-qualification experience in Financial Services with at least 3 years in a similar work profile will be idea, i.e. a candidate managing a team which sources Affordable Housing Loans.
  • Candidate must have good understanding of Affordable Housing Loans, Customer segments and Key Markets locations.

Manager / Assistant Manager Institutional Sales (TASC):

  • Graduation in any faculty from a recognized University.
  • C.A./ I.C.W.A./ C.S. / M.B.A. /CFA will be an added advantage.
  • Candidates with minimum 5 years in banking along with minimum 2 years in mobilizing and managing institutional deposits in the same market/location.
  • Candidate should be well versed with KYC and other compliance requirements of the segment.

Assistant Manager – Content Writer – Marketing and Corporate Communications:

  • Graduation from a recognized University and post-graduation in Mass Communication / Media Management / Public Relations from a recognized/ Accredited University /Institute or MBA in Marketing from a recognized University/AICTE approved Institutes.
  • Graduate or Post Graduate Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience in content writing. Candidate should have content writing exposure in BFSI domain.
  • Candidate should have basic understanding of banking products and processes.

Assistant Manager – Premises and Development:

  • B.E. / B. Arch, 2 years Diploma (after 12th) / 3-year Degree in Interior Designing from a recognized University/ Institute.
  • Candidates who possess relevant work experience in Premises, Interior Decoration/ Designing, Facilities, Administration, Building Maintenance, etc., but do not possess the relevant qualification and have completed their Graduation in any faculty from a recognized University.
  • The candidate should possess atleast a Diploma or Certification in this area

Assistant Manager – Procurement (IT):

  • Graduation of a recognized University BCA preferred.
  • Degree/diploma in IT (computer hardware, networking etc.) would be preferred.
  • Candidates with relevant work experience in IT Procurement to costing, alternate developments, outsourcing survey of shortlisted scope of work for vendors by Information Technology Team, of which 3 years of experience is in a bank or financial services.
  • Work experience in bank or financial services/large corporates would be an added advantage.

Assistant Manager – Anti Money Laundering:

  • Graduation in any faculty from a recognized University with minimum 3 to 5 years of Banking experience.
  • C.A./ I.C.W.A./C.S. / M.B.A. /CFA will be an added advantage.
  • Candidates with relevant work experience in Anti Money Laundering Team with more than 3 years of experience in a bank or financial services with experience in Checking and monitoring Alerts / Compliance to Regulators / AML relating to BAU activities.

Assistant Manager / Manager – Small Enterprises Group (SEG):

  • Graduation in any faculty from a recognized University with minimum 3 to 5 years of Banking experience.
  • C.A. / I.C.W.A. / C.S. / M.B.A. /CFA will be an added advantage.
  • Candidates with fair knowledge of working capital, Asset-based products – cash credit, overdraft, term loans, letter of credit and bank guarantee. (Corporate Banking/SEG Products)

Customer Service Officer – Retail Banking (Sales CASA):

  • Graduation in any faculty from a recognized University and M.B.A (any specialization – Finance and Marketing will be preferred).
  • Graduate / Post Graduate with at least 1 to 2 years of sales experience, full time or on contract/third party payroll in Sales and excellent knowledge of Banking products.
  • The candidate should have an ability to build relationships and understand banking requirements. The candidate should have an ability to work in cross-functional teams.
