Candidates with B.E/B.Tech/Diploma/B.Sc/B.Com/B.A/BCA/BBA qualifications are eligible to apply for the job. Interested and eligible candidates can apply by postal. Detailed Eligibility:
Educational Qualification:
Graduate (General Streams/Non-Engineering/Engineering) Apprentices:
- A graduate degree in any branch (Full time) granted by a statutory university in a relevant discipline.
- A graduate degree in any branch (Full time) granted by an Institution empowered to grant such degree by an Act of Parliament in a relevant discipline.
- Graduate examination of Professional bodies (Full time) recognized by the State Government or Central Government as equivalent.
- Non-Engineering Disciplines: Arts/Commerce/Science/Computer Application/Business Administration.
Technician (Diploma Holders) Apprentices:
- A Diploma in Engineering or Technology (Full time) granted by a State Council or Board of Technical Education Established by a State Government in a relevant discipline.
- A Diploma in Engineering or Technology (Full time) granted by a university in a relevant discipline.
- A Diploma in Engineering or Technology (Full time) granted by an Institution recognized by the State Government or Central Government as equivalent to the above.
Note:
- Candidates should have passed the qualifying exam in 2019/2020/2021/2022/2023.
- Candidate should not have undergone or presently undergoing Apprenticeship Training in “SK Finance Limited” or any other company.
- Should not have any pending academic backlogs.
Age Limit: The age limit will be followed as per Apprenticeship Rules.
Stipend:
- Graduate Apprentice: Rs 9,000 – 11,000/-
- Diploma Apprentice: Rs 8,000 – 10,000/-

- Graduate in any discipline: 650 Posts
- Diploma Engineering in any discipline: 100 Posts
Selection Process:
- The selection process includes a Shortlisting of Applications/Interviews.
- The only short-listed Candidates called for an interview.
- The selected list of candidates will be intimated for joining through respective email/telephone.
- The probable date of Joining for apprenticeship training will be intimated after the interview.
