Desired Candidate Profile:
Role: Relationship Trainee (Not for Technical)
Relationship Trainee:
- Graduates from any discipline
- 0 to 12 months of work experience in any field
Eligibility Criteria:
- Up to 27 years of age.
- Fluency in local language
- Only shortlisted applicants will be invited to the selection process
- The above will be considered as the threshold criteria for shortlisting at the sole discretion of Rupeek.
- 2 Wheeler & Driving Licence (If not already, need to get it sorted within first 2 months)
Internship Phase:
- Paid Internship: Candidates will receive a stipend of ₹12,700 during the internship phase.
- Sales Training: Comprehensive field sales training to equip candidates with essential skills.
- Performance-Based Absorption: Achieve specified sales targets during the internship to secure a permanent role with the company.
