Own the complete digital customer onboarding funnel.

About the Role: At Rupeek, We are looking for a highly motivated Product Engineer to own and optimize our digital customer onboarding journey. This role sits at the intersection of product, engineering, and user experience. You will be responsible for improving the end-to-end onboarding lifecycle from application initiation to loan approval and management with a strong focus on reducing friction, improving conversion rates, and enhancing customer experience. This is a hands-on role. You are expected to ship code, analyze data, experiment with flows, and work closely with engineering and product stakeholders to drive measurable outcomes.
