Detailed Eligibility:
Associate Engineer, Trainee:
- Full-time B.Tech/M.Tech in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent, from a premier (tier-1 or tier-2) engineering institute with min 7.0 CGPA or 70% marks throughout education.
Essential job responsibilities will include:
- Hand calculations, detailed design activities, DFMEA, and technical documentation.
- Evaluate product designs, and create, and revise drawings for compliance with engineering principles, Pentair standards, customer requirements, existing manufacturing capabilities and related specifications.
- Execute complex projects with 2D drawings, 3D modelling, tolerance stacks, GD&T, database environment/PLM, design for manufacturability and design for assembly.
- Work in synergy with global engineers, quality teams, manufacturing engineers, sourcing, suppliers, field support and others to improve product quality and customer experience.
- Drive technical root cause analysis of field failures and identify corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
