Educational Qualification – Oil India Limited Careers:
Contractual Drilling Engineer:
- Bachelor’s degree in Petroleum/Mechanical Engineering of 04 (four) years duration from a Govt. recognised institute.
- Post Qualification Work Experience of more than 03 (three) years in the upstream Oil & Gas industry.
- Must possess a valid Well Control Certificate (IWCF Level-4/IADCL4.)
Contractual Period: Contractual engagement will be for 01 (one) year, extendable by another 01 (one) year subject to a maximum period of 02 (two) years
Age Limit (As on 20 January 2025): 40 years
Age Relaxation: Age relaxation will be as per Government guidelines
Salary Details: Rs. 80,000/- per month

Selection Process of Oil India Limited Recruitment:
- The candidate will be selected based on a walk-in interview of total 100 marks.
- The minimum qualifying marks will be 50 for all categories
- The breakup of 100 marks will be on, Professional Knowledge and skills (in the concerned discipline), Professional Knowledge and skills (in allied discipline), Personal Attributes and Soft Skills.
- Final selection from among the candidates who have appeared and secured the minimum qualifying marks of 50 in the walk-in interview will be only on the basis of merit as per the marks obtained in the walk-in interview.

Contractual Pharmacist:
- 10+2 in the science stream from a government-recognized Board/University.
- 02 (two) years Diploma course in Pharmacy from an institution recognized by the Government of India and the Pharmacy Council of India.
- Must have registered with Assam Pharmacy Council and should possess a valid professional Pharmacist License.
- Minimum 02 (two) years post qualification relevant work experience as a Pharmacist.
Contractual Warden:
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline from a recognised University/Institute.
- Minimum 01(One) year post qualification work experience as Warden in a hostel. OR
- Diploma in Housekeeping/Catering from Government Recognized University/ Institute.
- Minimum 01(One) year post qualification work experience as Warden in a hostel.
Contractual Librarian cum Clerk:
- Bachelor’s degree in library & information science from a Government Recognized University/Institute.
- Minimum 06 (Six) months diploma/certificate in computer application and should be fully conversant with MS Office, Internet, Email correspondence etc.
Contractual Period: The engagement will be purely on a contractual basis only. The initial period of the above contractual engagement will be for 06 (Six) months only. Further, the period of the above contractual engagement may be extendable after the requisite interval for subsequent three tenures of 06 (six) months only depending on the departmental requirement, job performance, conduct, physical fitness etc., as applicable.
